These are attorneys and consultants/advocates that have been recommended to me by someone I trust. Many attorneys work on cases nationwide. If you have someone to recommend, please forward me the reference at 3Neurons@CFSDisabilityAppeal.com. I only reluctantly will list attorneys that work on contingency agreements that charge a percentage of future earnings, however I will note them as being such. I personally believe it is taking advantage PWC that are in desperate situations but it apparently has worked out well for some people.

CFIDS Benefits Advocates/Consultants
These individuals may or may not have legal, insurance, or clinical backgrounds. What they do have is a strong knowledge in the insurance process with CFIDS and can help navigate individuals through the process of ensuring they have the right medical evidence and other material to effectively structure your case. You may decide to engage an attorney as well to review the work and interface with the insurance company.
Lynn Eggleton, LCSW

A clinical therapist by training and education, Lynn has worked on the insurance side of the fence and has a full understanding of the entire process. Highly personalized assistance for application and appeal for both LTD and SSDI. Can manage entire case but also works well with attorneys. Very reasonable hourly rates.
Lynn works with clients in all states who have CFS, Fibro, and other invisible illnesses.
PWC Comments:
“Her knowledge of the process is encyclopedic. Knowing what to say, how to say it, and exactly what medical information, testing, and assessment services you need are practically second nature to her.” Joey T.
"Lynn wrote an outstanding (ERISA) LTD Appeal for me that led to full reinstatement of my benefits. In my opinion, having Lynn's help was far preferable to using an attorney because of the level of personal attention she gave my case and her knowledge of my illness." Lynn B.
"Lynn did a fabulous job of assisting me with my SSDI appeal. She is extraordinarily thorough and knows what SSDI officials are looking for. Using her services instead of an attorney saved me a great deal of money in attorney fees". Louise
"She knows how to prove functional disabilities to corporations who want to deny them. She is determined, amazingly thorough, and on a mission to help people win." T. J. Kane, Legal Assistants
