 Vocational Assessment/Rehabilitation Experts

It is highly recommended that you have a vocational expert review your case and render their opinion regarding your employability.  When your LTD prepares your case for denial/termination, one of the final steps is to have their own vocational expert review the case to determine the types of jobs you are able to perform within the medical constraints and salary guidelines of your case.   All too often, they are given minimal information and basically do little more than plug in a few parameters into their computer which spits out a few jobs they will claim you can do.  Having a truly objective expert review the medical and other facts of the case and document their professional opinion can be highly valuable to your case, not only to the appeal but potentially to a judge as well.

PWC Comment:

I worked with Mrs. Levine both for my initial LTD and SSDI applications as well as my LTD termination appeal.  In every case she was completely professional and objective.  Her reports were very thorough, well thought out, and very articulate.  My attorney was very happy with the quality and professionalism of the report and it made a very strong addition to my case.
